Do you perform the network engineering or installation?
Not by default. Our core role is delivery leadership, governance and coordination. Specialist technical work remains with qualified engineering, field or managed-service providers unless separately contracted.
Can you manage a multi-site rollout?
Yes. The delivery model can incorporate rollout waves, site readiness, supplier milestones, installation windows, acceptance and escalation across many locations.
Can you work with our existing carriers and technology vendors?
Yes. Integrating client teams, carriers, OEMs, system integrators and implementation partners into a single delivery model is a central part of the service.
